Kevin McDevitt has been with UNC Charlotte for 18 years. His role includes providing infrastructure, engineering and data networking support for the Broadcast Communications Department, which in turn provides support for UNC Charlotte Cable Television, Video Based Distance Education, Media Production, and facilities that support the University’s credit programs. In addition, he maintains all video production and video satellite conference resources which produce programs for University departments and provide faculty and staff with facilities and services for their video and satellite conferencing needs. He has over 25 years experience in the design and integration of audio visual presentation and broadcast television systems in both the corporate and academia environments.
