Natasha Stracener has been with UNC Charlotte’s Broadcast Communications department full time since October of 2000. She has several roles within the department, including Program Coordinator and Video Manager of the distance education and videoconferencing network, and Producer/Director of several of UNC Charlotte Cable Television’s programs: Medicine & Society, Business & Society, and Solve This!  She also supervises the department’s student employees, and serves as the chair of the North Carolina Research and Education Network’s (NCREN) Video Manager’s Group.  Natasha began working for the department as an intern during her sophomore year at UNC Charlotte, and continued working for the department until earning her B.A. in Communication Studies in 1998.  She is honored to be working for her alma mater and to be able to give back to the students of UNC Charlotte what was given to her during her college years.  Faculty and staff members may wish to contact Natasha regarding interactive television concerns pertaining to UNC Charlotte or the wider NCREN network.  Students may wish to contact her regarding employment opportunities including internships and work study positions.
